General
information:
Sideloaders are perticularly suitable
whenever you need to carry and handle long loads. They are mainly
used in timber processing plants, metallurgical plants and warehouses
storing long products. The lifting device on the side of the truck
and perfect manoeuvrability allowed by the maximum turn excellent
even for narrow isles when staorage area needs to be used to the
full.
As the drive unit has been placed under the rear deck and it is
possible to pass directly form the cab onto the front deck, the
driver is able to do any necessary load handling on his own.
The truck compiles fully with EU operating and safety regulations,
such as EN DIN 15 18/FEM 001, EN 1459, etc.
Cab:
The ergonomic design of the cab gives
the driver maximum comfort and optimum working conditions due to
the clear layout of controls, comfortable seat, perfect view on
all sides, particularly to the load being handled. The height of
the steering wheel and/or the angle of the steering column, the
seat and controls can all be easily adjusted to the needs of the
driver. The cab is fitted with an effective heating system permitting
also rapid defrosting of the windscreen.
Drive
System:
The standard truck is delivered with
a large-volume Perkins engine seated under the rear deck. The engine
can be easily reached for maintenance and it's enclosure is perfectly
soundproof.

The
driving mechanism:
The engine power is hydrostatically
transmitted to the driving axle. The traction force or the trvel velocity
is automatically regulated according to need. The driver determines
direction from the cabin. The standard truck is furnished with Mannesmann
- Raxroth hydraulic elements.
Chassis:
The rigid frame on the drivers side
is connected with axles by means of double-acting hydraulic cylinders.
This ensures not only hydraulic alignment of the wheels on both
the axles but also allows tilting of the frame and the most which
makes picking loads easier.
Hydraulic
system: The hydraulic tank and filter are
placed in the rear part of the frame. The pumps are directly connected
with the engine. The whole system has been designed so as to endure
problem free operation according to the parameters guarenteed by
the manufacturer.
Lifting
Mechanism: Standard lifting mechanism is of
a two part telescopic type. The clearance of the rollers may be
adjusted without dismantlng the lifting mechanism. The mast is shifted
out by a couple of crossed linear hydraulic cylinders that ensure
smooth outward mavement

choice a accessories may be mounted onto the lifting mechanism and
adjustments may be made to suit each customer:
- higher free lift
- a multi-storage mast for higher lifts
- a hydraulically adjusted fork, and more
